Join us on a tantalizing journey to discover some of our finest local farms. Talk to the growers and producers, in the field, whilst touring and tasting.
Experience the practices of growing contemporary produce including “dry land” rice at Nimbin Rice Arabica bean coffee at Byron Aromas Coffee and traditional Australian bush foods at Wattle Tree Creek. Discover how macadamias and pecans are similar, yet different.
Our leisurely day includes breaks to sample an array of local produce and refreshments. We will enjoy a freshly brewed Arabica bean coffee overlooking the Koonorigan Ridge, with views from the Richmond Range to Nimbin Rocks.
The day concludes with a gastronomic long table lunch under the shade of the pecan trees at Eltham Valley Pantry.
Starter Mushroom & smooth feta arancini featuring local Nimbin Valley Rice, Nimbin Valley Dairy cheese & wattle seed relish (from Wattle Tree Creek).
